Helping young people achieve

The objective of the St Nicholas’ Educational Trust is to provide financial assistance in promoting the education of young people who:

Are under the age of 25 years
+

Are in need of financial assistance
+

03

A resident in the City of Newcastle for the last 5 years
+

Applications for grants must comply with the above criteria and must also satisfy the Trustees both as to how the grants will be spent and as to the educational benefit which will be obtained.

Applications may be made by or submitted on behalf of young people by schools, colleges or other educational institutions or by individual students or their parents or guardians.

Applications will be considered by the Trustees quarterly in January, April, July and October each year but may be submitted at any time.

The decisions taken by the Trustees concerning the success or otherwise of individual applications are confidential and final.
